This is an odd sensation that I have been having for the last week. My back feels... nauseous? I can't quite pinpoint it. Its not pain. Its just general ickiness in my dorsal region.

Or a vestigal twin?

Although, if he is just now making an appearance, not so much vestigal.

I know this feeling. It is hard to describe. There is some pressure happening that is normally not there. Like when gypsywoman816 mentioned the baby being all pressing down on her body parts :)

Something may be inflamed or enlarged and putting undue pressure on your lower back.

Or maybe you need to poop real bad.

ewwww-- and now a happy thought. The old timers in the family used to call it a 'cold' in your back. Yeh, silly, but it's almost an airy achey feeling-- not pain, just like a chill in a muscle or more exact-- in a space---- again, tough to describe, and if it was kidneys you'd KNOW it. Anyway, unless your symptom is something tickly/airy-- and only you would know that-- I have no knowledge of a cure....
